Once your membership has been confirmed as current you will be sent tele-conference call in instructions via email 1 week prior to the presentation date. Space is limited for each tele-conference presentation so we ask that you register only if you are certain you will be attending.
- The Online Feedback Form must be completely filled out in order to be approved for registration
- Please include the following information on the Form:
- current tele-conference date and topic that you want to attend
- the phone number you will be using to access the tele-conference center with (this number is required in order to enter the conference call center and for attendance records.)
- don't forget to include your email address to receive tele-conference call-in instructions
Callers are asked to enter the tele-conference area and announce their name and area. Before the presentation starts you will be asked to place your phone on mute. NAHA has the right to record each tele-conference for future sale on audio cd and for future inclusion to post to website, e-newsletters, blog and other internet, media and print avenues.
Due to possible technical difficulties or emergencies there may be a time when a tele-conference will be interrupted by phone service problems, if this happens we will do our best to reschedule that presentation.
