• All book orders shall be shipped from the NAHA office. Discounts are offered on sale items approved by the Board.
  
• bookstore stock shall remain at the NAHA office until purchased only, unless traveling to a conference or NAHA sponsored event where a NAHA bookstore will be set up for a short period of time. All stock shall be purchased based on sales stats and shall be ordered with funds when available or paid via credit card account as appropriate.

• No refunds / No exchanges online or in store
• Credit card orders processed for shipping immediately
• Check / Money orders will be shipped upon funds clearance

NAHA is a non-political 501(c) 3 not for profit organization which means we simply offer resources for you. If you ask for referrals for “the best” products available, we will direct you to our list of Business and Professional members as well as our advertisers. Although individuals within this organization may have particular preferences or experiences anything offered outside of NAHA business shall not hold liable to the organization.
