Practical and Creative Ways to Use Hydrosols

Hydrosol, also known as distillate water or hydrolat is the water that remains under the thin layer of essential oil after the distillation process.  They contain many of the beneficial components of essential oils, but in a more subtle, gentle way. Hydrosols are a superb addition to your plant-based medicine kit and versatile enough to be used in therapeutic, aesthetic or energetic applications, while safe enough for babies and animals.  In this teleseminar Liz will cover the therapeutic properties of 10 common hydrosols and share practical and creative ideas plus recipes for using these beautiful aromatic waters.
