How do I manage auto-renewal?

 

 

  1. Log into your member account home page.

  2. From Account Navigation click on Subscriptions and Billing.

  3. Each subscription will either say click here to enable auto-renewal or click here to cancel auto-renewal.

My Payment Failed. Will it Retry the Charge? 

 

Our billing system does have a retry payment feature programmed to retry at 3 days then 5 days after each failed payment attempt.  

How Do I Renew My NAHA Approved School Membership?

 

Your NAHA School Approved School Membership should renew automatically. You will be informed via email when this renewal occurs 15 days prior to the due date by email. If the payment does not go through, you will be notified, and the system will try again in a few days. The system will attempt to bill a total of 3 times, after which your membership will expire. Once your membership has expired, the only way to renew is to set up a new membership from your account page. To do this please:

1. Log into your current member account

2. Make sure you are on your account home page by clicking “account” in the top right of your screen

3. Locate the Account Navigation Panel, and select the Add a Subscription option

4. Choose your School membership subscription and make your payment

*Note: If you were previously registered as a NAHA Approved School, please email schools@naha.org to see if you will need to resubmit school documents via the upload link on your member account home page. If you cannot find your previous records please email our office at info@naha.org for assistance.

How to Find Your Renewal Date

1. Log into your NAHA account.

2. Find the Account Navigation box on the left. 

3. Click on Subscriptions and Billing.

4. Renewal date is reflected directly below the subscription name.

How to Add @naha.org Emails to Your Trusted Senders List

 

We want to make sure you never miss an important message from the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA).
Follow the instructions below to add all emails from @naha.org to your trusted senders list (sometimes called “safe senders” or “whitelist”).

 

Why should I do this?

  • Emails from @naha.org may sometimes get placed in your Spam or Junk folder.

  • Adding us to your trusted senders ensures you’ll always see updates, newsletters, and member information in your Inbox.


1. Gmail (Google Mail)

  1. Open Gmail.

  2. In the search bar at the top, type: from: @naha.org and press Enter.

  3. Click the Show search options button (the little sliders icon).

  4. At the bottom of the search box, click Create filter.

  5. Check the box: Never send it to Spam.

  6. Click Create filter.

✅ Now all @naha.org emails will go directly to your Inbox.


2. Outlook / Hotmail / Live.com

  1. Log in at Outlook.com.

  2. Click the gear icon (⚙) in the top right.

  3. Select View all Outlook settings.

  4. Go to Mail > Junk Email.

  5. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

  6. Type: naha.org and press Enter.

  7. Click Save.


3. Yahoo Mail

  1. Open Yahoo Mail.

  2. Click the gear icon (⚙) > More Settings.

  3. Select Filters.

  4. Click Add new filters.

  5. Name the filter (example: NAHA).

  6. Under “From,” choose Contains and type: @naha.org

  7. Under “Then move the message to this folder,” select Inbox.

  8. Click Save.


4. Apple Mail (Mac)

  1. Open Mail.

  2. Go to the menu bar and select: Mail > Preferences > Rules.

  3. Click Add Rule.

  4. Description: Allow NAHA.

  5. If From contains@naha.org

  6. Then perform the following actions: Move message to Inbox (or “Never mark as Junk”).

  7. Click OK.


5. AOL Mail

  1. Open AOL Mail.

  2. Click Options > Mail Settings.

  3. Select Filter Settings.

  4. Click Create filter.

  5. Enter: From contains @naha.org

  6. Choose Inbox as the destination.

  7. Click Save.


6. Comcast (Xfinity Email)

  1. Log in at Xfinity Connect.

  2. Click the gear icon (⚙).

  3. Select Settings > Advanced Settings > Email Filters.

  4. Add a new filter:

    • Condition: From contains @naha.org

    • Action: Keep in Inbox

  5. Save changes.


7. Other Email Providers (General Instructions)

If your email provider isn’t listed:

  • Look for Settings, Filters, or Junk/Spam Settings.

  • Add @naha.org to your Safe Senders or Allowed Domains list.

  • If you find a NAHA email in your Spam/Junk folder, select it and click Not Spam or Move to Inbox.
