After more than 10 years of creating, growing, and ultimately selling a successful online business manufacturing fragrance lamps and oil, candles, and other synthetically-scented products, I became interested in the benefits of using pure essential oils. I had so many questions! I wanted to have confidence that the products and information I passed on to my clients was based upon referenced data from experts in the industry… and so began my journey. In June 2017, I completed the 250-hour Certificate in Professional Aromatherapy program through Sedona Aromatherapie and have achieved the designation of Certified Aromatherapist. I am a professional member of both the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA) and the Alliance of International Aromatherapists (AIA).

I offer confidential consultations (in person, by phone, or email) that include a custom blend created specifically for you, addressing one or more physical or emotional issues. I blend my products using pure essential oils and carriers at safe dilution levels.

The well being + wisdom studio is the only professional working aromatherapy studio in the Twin Cities area. We offer classes & workshops, aromatherapy products, and integrative healing services.

Here at Fragrant Aroma we offer private consultations and custom blending, as well as offering some already true and tested blends.
Based on the individuals needs we will look to make the optimum blend that will best suit them.
Coming from the massage and aestetician background, before falling in love with the oils, I worked a lot with people and found out that not one size fits all, so I love the idea that I'm able to customise a blend for each person.

Joy Naturals primarily blends products which aid in relief from arthritis, nerve pain, fibromyalgia, and muscle pain, however, we will gladly custom blend upon request. We also recognize that there is no such thing as "one size fits all," so we are happy to provide samples upon request and adjust a product according to your needs. I am a Master Herbalist through School of Natural Healing and a certified Level 1 Aromatherapist. I offer a free, weekly podcast--Crunchy Christian Podcast-- about all things green and growing. I also offer educational materials and courses for both children and adults and I offer wellness consultations on an appointment-only basis. Consultations include educating clients on lifestyle, nutrition, herbs, and essential oils to support and improve their health.
Faith is not a prerequisite to meet with me, but it is an integral part of my business. I work primarily with women and their children and all consultations are with women only.

I also have studied extensively with Centers for Spiritual Living, Delaware and Emerson Theological Institute.
