Be part of our inaugural immersion group study aromatherapy certificate! This NEW option for study includes the following: A copy of the PDF workbooks (as included in our individual Certificate in Holistic Aromatherapy option) Live (via zoom) blending sessions for each of the required projects in the course A review of modules and a monthly check-in for Q&A with your class tutor A final class meeting If you then want to go on to do the certification to meet NAHA level 1 membership requirements (which is an additional cost), we can formulate an individual or group study plan with you and/or your class members. The Immersion Group Study Program Aromatherapy Certificate gives you exclusive access to one of the industry’s leading aromatherapists, Sharon Falsetto, through live interaction via zoom, as well as interaction with other students. This option of study has not been offered before through Sedona Aromatics! As this is a group option, there is a set start and end time for this inaugural course. The class size is limited to 15 students. We anticipate that this inaugural class will fill up by the start date. The schedule for this course program is as follows: Start date: April 28, 2022, 3 pm – 5 pm (MST - AZ): Introduction to Course. May 26, 2022, 3 pm – 5 pm (MST - AZ): Modules 1 and 2 Review and Project June 23, 2022, 3 pm – 5 pm (MST - AZ): Modules 3 and 4 Review and Project July 21, 2022, 3 pm – 5 pm (MST - AZ): Modules 5 and 6 Review and Project August 18, 2022, 3 pm – 5 pm (MST - AZ): Modules 7 and 8 Review and Project Final Class Meeting TBD All live class sessions are via Zoom. You will need to download Zoom (for free) on your computer, Mac, iPad, or tablet to join the class. All times are local time Arizona. Live class sessions give you the opportunity to ask questions, review modules, and work through module projects together. Live sessions are designed to be interactive and to expand on the written course material vs teaching of the same material. So, it is helpful if you've completed and/or reviewed relevant modules prior to each session. You will need to have purchased all supplies for the course before the start date. You can purchase our aromatherapy student kit or use your own supplies. A checklist is available on the student kit page of what you will need. If you purchase our aromatherapy student kit, please order well in advance of the first class, and no later than April 7, 2022. Once you have enrolled in the course, you will get access to the link for the first class. If you can’t make a class live, a recording will be available after that class for 30 days (possibly longer if needed). You will be expected to catch up on any recording before the next live class date. Please make sure that you can meet these requirements before enrolling. You will work through relevant course modules and complete assignments for that module before the next class meeting. Assignments will be emailed to your tutor for marking. Module projects will be completed together in class, except for the final module 8 project which will be completed on your own and submitted for review. You will receive a certificate of completion once all assignments, projects, and coursework have been successfully completed. If you find that you are falling behind with coursework, contact your tutor, and don’t give up! You can still attend class sessions and we can formulate a backup plan for you. Expect to dedicate approximately 5 hours of work per module (excluding live class sessions).
