This is a randomized, double-blinded, placebo controlled parallel trial evaluating the use of eucalyptus, sweet orange, and peppermint on upper respiratory symptoms in children. The primary outcome is severity of respiratory symptoms, as compared to a control group, after controlling for baseline scores. Secondary outcomes include mood scores and qualitative feedback.
This is a randomized, double-blinded, placebo controlled parallel trial evaluating the use of grounding and calming essential oils on children with autism spectrum disorders during Christmas-induced stress. The primary outcome is the mean post-test anxiety score, as compared to a placebo group, after controlling for baseline scores. Secondary outcomes include mood scores, qualitative feedback, and total number of as-needed exposures.
