I am a Certified Integrative Aromatherapist in Southern California and the Founder and Owner of Botanical Blends and Balance. I’m an active professional member of the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapists (NAHA) and the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA). I offer clients several modalities which Include breath work, trauma -informed yoga and guided imagery. I use only genuine essential oils which have been laboratory tested for quality control to create custom blends.

With a holistic perspective, I consider an individual’s whole life – physical, mental, human connections, spirituality and leisure to promote wellness. I specialize in grief and trauma, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and palliative care.

I am a researcher and author and have published case studies and articles in the Journal for Professional Holistic Aromatherapists and In Essence (IFPA journal).

I custom design and facilitate aromatherapy workshops for mental health and restorative retreats and do public speaking engagements on a variety of topics, including the process of grief and how to use essential oils safely.
